Log into aetna.com, scroll down the page and click on Aetna Health Your Way. Once on the Aetna Health Your Way platform, complete your health assessment. You may also access your health assessment through the MyActiveHealth app available for iOS and Android and the app store. The health assessment typically takes about 15 minutes to complete.
