Welcome to 2027 Annual Enrollment

Make Time To Review Your Benefits

Annual Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review and elect your Greyhound/ATU benefits.

This year, there are plan changes that affect your benefits coverage. You must actively enroll online between October 26 and November 20, 2026 by 11:59 p.m. ET to choose a medical plan, make a change to your benefits or elect the FSA for 2027. If you choose not to enroll, you and your family will not have medical coverage for 2027. If you want to participate in the FSA, you must also elect it at this time.

It’s especially important that you take time to understand the changes that take effect at the start of next year.

Beginning January 1, 2027:

  • Aetna will replace Cigna as the administrator for medical and prescription drug benefits.
  • Lyra Health will replace Magellan as the new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider.

Visit the benefit administration portal at benefitsolver.com (use company key greyhoundatu) to view the premium rates, enroll, and update your beneficiary information, if necessary.

Your benefit elections will take effect on January 1, 2027.

What’s New for 2027

Aetna Replaces Cigna

Beginning January 1, 2027, Aetna will become the administrator for your medical and prescription drug benefits. The medical plan options available to you are described in the 2027 Employee Benefits Guide. It’s important to note that the healthcare benefits you and your family receive are not changing.

Please note that you must actively enroll online during Annual Enrollment between October 26 and November 20, 2026 by 11:59 p.m. ET, or you and your family will not have medical coverage in 2027.

Before you complete your enrollment, we recommend that you review the new provider network and prescription drug information carefully. This is especially important if you or a covered family member receives ongoing care or takes prescription medications.

What To Expect

What You Should Do

  • Review the 2027 Employee Benefits Guide for your medical plan options and costs.
  • Confirm whether your current providers participate in the Aetna network.
  • Review the prescription drug information for medications you take.
  • Read and understand any transition communications you receive from Aetna.
  • Begin using your new Aetna member ID cards on January 1, 2027.

Lyra Health Becomes the Employee Assistance Program Provider

Beginning in 2027, Lyra Health will provide the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Greyhound/ATU employees and eligible family members. The program will offer confidential support for personal, emotional, family and work-life concerns.

You can turn to Lyra when you need assistance with:

  • Counseling and emotional wellbeing support
  • Family and relationship issues
  • Help managing stress and difficult life events
  • Work-life resources
  • Financial and legal resources

For more information, to access resources and to register, visit greyhound.lyrahealth.com.

Flexible Spending Accounts Require Action

Flexible spending account (FSA) elections do not continue automatically from year to year. If you want to contribute to an FSA in 2027, you must make a new election during Annual Enrollment.

Omada is offered for employees and their adult dependents enrolled in an Aetna medical plan who are at risk for diabetes or heart disease and qualify for the program. There is no cost to you for participating in Omada. Visit go.omadahealth.com/greyhoundatu for more information about Omada and to see if you’re eligible.

Beginning January 1, 2027, your FSA will be administered through Inspira. Certain processes for obtaining reimbursements for your eligible health care expenses will be different. Review the Inspira materials on the Resources page for more information.

What Stays the Same?

Although there are important changes, the enrollment process will remain familiar. As in previous years, you can:

Before You Enroll

Gather The Information You May Need

Having the right information available before you begin can make enrollment easier. Consider gathering:

  • Your benefitsolver.com username and password
  • Dates of birth and Social Security numbers for any dependents you may add
  • Supporting documentation for newly eligible dependents, if required
  • Beneficiary names and information
  • An estimate of your expected 2027 healthcare expenses if you are considering an FSA

Take Time To Compare

Do not base your decision on payroll deductions alone. Review the total cost of coverage, including deductibles, copayments, coinsurance and out-of-pocket maximums. Also consider how often you and your covered family members expect to use care, whether your providers participate in the applicable network, and how your prescriptions are covered.

Review Before You Submit

Before finalizing your enrollment, verify your covered dependents, benefit elections, FSA contribution amount and beneficiary information. After you submit, save your confirmation statement.
